If yours isn't here, call or text 352-722-5993 and ask. No script, no obligation.
There isn't one. We make money on product sales, so we're motivated to put the machine somewhere it performs and keep it stocked with things people buy. You provide the location and the foot traffic; we provide the capital, the equipment and the labor. If the machine doesn't sell, we lose — not you. That's the whole model, and it's how most commercial vending has worked for decades.
Nothing. No purchase, no lease, no installation fee, no service contract. The only cost on your side is electricity — a modern machine with LED lighting and an efficient compressor runs a few dollars a week. If that's a sticking point, say so early and we'll factor it in.
It doesn't become a charge. Our machines use an infrared drop sensor that confirms the item actually fell before the transaction completes — if nothing drops, nobody is billed. That removes the single biggest complaint people have about vending, and it means your staff never has to mediate a refund.
A one-year agreement — not the three- and five-year terms common in this industry. A year gives us enough runway to justify putting our own capital into your location, and gives you a clear near-term decision point rather than something that quietly auto-renews for half a decade. Early cancellation does carry a fee, so we walk through the full terms with you before anything is signed.
Only in two situations, and we'd rather be blunt than have you find out later. If you have more than one location with us, you earn a monthly commission on gross sales. If you refer another business and they go on to have a machine installed, you earn on that machine for as long as it runs — the introduction on its own doesn't pay, the installation does. A single location with no referral doesn't earn a commission — but it isn't paying for anything either, which is the point. Where commission does apply it runs up to 10% of gross sales, confirmed in writing before you sign.
A machine your people actually want, installed and stocked and serviced entirely at our expense, forever — no purchase, no lease, no contract fee, and no work for your team. That's the whole offer and it stands on its own. If you'd like it to earn as well, the routes are a second location of your own, or referring another business that goes on to install a machine. Happy to talk about either.
On a set schedule based on your volume, plus whenever remote monitoring flags a low or empty slot. Most placements are serviced weekly, and higher-volume locations more often. Because we can see sell-through remotely, we adjust as your seasons change without you having to ask.
Fair worry, and the reason I look at the space before anything is ordered. We'll show you the exact unit before it arrives, and for higher-volume placements we can wrap the machine to match your colors and branding. If we don't think a machine will look right where you're picturing it, we'll say so and suggest a better spot.
Two questions worth asking your current operator: does the machine take contactless payment, and when did anyone from their company last visit? If either answer is uncomfortable, we're happy to do a side-by-side. We can also work around an existing agreement's end date.
Yes. We carry general liability coverage on every placement, and will name your business as an additional insured and provide a certificate before installation. The machine is our asset, our maintenance obligation and our liability.
The product mix and the pricing are ours to manage — that's part of what you're not paying for, and it's how the machine stays profitable enough to keep costing you nothing. But we're not working blind. Tell us what your people keep asking for, anything you'd rather we didn't stock, and any dietary or brand preferences, and we build that into the plan wherever it makes sense. After that we keep adjusting based on what actually sells at your location, which is usually a better guide than anyone's guess.
Usually about two weeks: I'll look at your video (or come out) within a few days of your call, a proposal within 48 hours of that, then installation at your convenience. If you're working toward a date, tell us and we'll build the schedule around it.
It depends on the location. Most sites get our combo snack and beverage machine — modern glass front, LED lighting, card, contactless and cash. Higher-volume locations can qualify for our smart AI machines: full touchscreen, entirely cashless, with real-time inventory and sales tracking. Those units cost considerably more, so they go where the foot traffic justifies them. I'll tell you honestly which one your location supports once I've seen it, rather than promising something I can't back up.
Not always, and usually not to begin with. A short video walkthrough on your phone tells me most of what I need — where people flow, how much wall space there is, where the power is. Send that over and I'll come back with a straight answer, which saves you an hour of standing around with me. If a video isn't practical, or the site is a complicated one, we'll pick a day and I'll come out and walk it properly. Both are free.
No. The location has to support it — we're putting our own capital into every placement, so a spot that won't do the volume is a bad deal for both of us. If we don't think it will work we'll tell you rather than install something that sits half-empty and reflects badly on both of us.
We set the day aside for it and it's entirely our time. Delivery, placement, leveling, power and payment setup, then stocking the machine from empty so it's ready to use before we leave. We work around your busy windows so it isn't disruptive, and the only thing you need to do is tell us where to park.
No. Hotels are where we started and they're a good fit, but the same zero-cost model works anywhere with steady foot traffic — gyms, offices, warehouses, apartment clubhouses, auto dealerships, medical waiting rooms, golf clubs, schools and churches. If people spend time somewhere, it's worth a conversation.
Send a two-minute video and you'll get a straight answer in writing. Genuinely free, genuinely no-obligation — worst case you decide it isn't for you.
